I am on that journey lately. Not scared of the emotion more scared of what that emotion used to do and learning to better control it. I used to face myself before I became awakened and my darkness made me stick it to the world until I eventually stuck it to myself. Vengeance was strong. That ego was internal people never saw me coming. These days that darkness I been fighting that darkness and trying to channel it better and being silent and learning. From 2013-2021 had gained and lost everything. Bankruptcy death so many other things happened and God had to shake me hard. Now my purpose has been revealed especially last two years I learned about sr. Have better prayers meditation also learned so many deeper spiritual things about creation who we are where we came from why and have been being led in obedience to God more and strength he gave me within. I never want to lose these things again and want to perfect them

I'm always saying to myself that I deserve better & to not allow this system that we live in to destroy this deserving of betterment for myself as well as ourselves. To show ourselves the right way to being that better King so that True Queen can see & come into our lives. Being by myself, looking deep to cut away the cord that is not a betterment of to my spirit.

So, you want to know how that actually works? Here's some: First, we all have pain, traumas, fears and emotional garbage that keeps us down, and pushes us to take "quick fixes" of dopamine, mind-numbing activity and quick rushes of korn, to escape the pain. The emotions. Instead, walk towards the emotions, like to a storm, a whirlwind, and even if it hurts, feel it all, as it goes through you. As it does nothing else, than just passes through you. You will feel pain, fear, powerlessness, but you will emerge from the other side and the grip those emotions had with you, will diminish. They will come back later, but with lesser power. Remember, they are just remnants of the past, triggered "memory-emotion-ghosts", that can only scare you, not harm you. They only harm you, if you decide to run away. Turn to face them, and they will disappear like a boogie-man under the bed when you turn on the flashlight on his face. Second, find your inner child and see how to become friend with him/her again. Realize, that through them you can find your true purpose, your own meaning. All humans, both men and women, need meaning, and no man can give their meaning to a woman. So, women and men, go into you, and find the meaning from your Inner Child and what they value and want to do, instead of asking it from others or from external world. ❤

I can truly relate to you mentioning ancestral habits trauma and behaviors I made it my mission to break family curses that I unfortunately used as a badge of honor or as an excuse for infidelity and unGodly behavior.
