There is a little secret: in order to feel the consistency of cheese in baking, do not interrupt the dough with a blender. You can make buns and donuts from this dough. For the filling of our buns, I take poppy seeds, but you can take jam and cheese with herbs to make buns for soup, to your taste! The buns turn out rosy and so delicious!
WE NEED:
cottage cheese - 200 gr.
eggs-2 pcs. sugar - 80 gr.
vanilla sugar-20 g.
oil-100 ml.
baking powder-12 g.
flour-300-400g.
sour cream - 50g. (For greasing or yolk)
powdered sugar-10 gr.
