When I left Fung Shing Harbour this morning, blue sky and white clouds accompanied me all the way. At that time, I thought, although the road yesterday encountered a rainstorm, but today should be able to go all the way to the blue sky? But it turned out that I was too naive, and today a bigger and fiercer test was waiting for me not far ahead.
A Malaysian friend recommended me to go to the New mountain Front and see the sea of Johor at Benawa first. From Sanbantou, I turned into the endless oil palm fields, ready to go to Benawa, only to start from here, the fierce rain began to accompany all the way. At first I tried to go without a raincoat and hide in a roadside hut until the rain stopped. But the incessant, even heavier rain tells me that I will have to ride in the rain to reach the new mountain by tonight!
OK, the next thing was simple and painful: I rode for a full 5 hours in the rainstorm, and although I was wearing a raincoat, I was soaked inside and out, and even the navigation phone was disabled because of the water! I was more worried about the dangers of riding in the rain than I was about getting wet, but in the end I made it to the new mountain.
