Hey Eve, always great to hear from you! We're doing well thank you and hope you are too? Glad you enjoyed this one and to share such lovely locations with you 😁
Big Love my friends I really enjoyed see you smile and having fun, the views of your country are breath taking love all the birds and horses too. The beach by the sea looked very inviting but cool I bet as well, the food made my mouth water. Thank you always for sharing your videos with and please say hi to your Mum for me.😁🤗❤
Hey Howard! So glad you enjoyed this one. Seeing those lovely goldfinches so close for the first time was amazing for me and the scones were just delicious 😋 we didn't brave the sea (again!). Big love!
So true!! And knew the scones would be right up your street... even if you would put the cream on top of the jam (the wrong way round!!! 😉). Love you!!!
I'll never forget my first visit to Porlock, that is, the infamous 1 in 4 Hill, in the 1950's. I was 18, my first old banger of a car. It stalled on the first bend, I had to reverse all the way down. Unknown to me, there was a alternative, less hilly road, lower down, with a toll to pay, and took longer to reach Lynmouth. But we got there safely.
@@sandraceney9548 we were surprised at how quiet it seemed even on the bright days! Although I suppose we were there in May so it would be a lot busier in summer perhaps? Have you visited a lot? What’s your experience been in terms of crowdedness there?
If there’s one person I know will always enjoy them it’s you, Imo! Looks like it’s 380 from Argos! www.argos.co.uk/product/8648309 Really falls apart in the lowlight but I usually shoot 4k in daylight when filming wildlife with it and tbh I doubt there’s a better option in that size! If doing it with a DSLR / mirrorless the lens would have to be so long!
@@LozsLeisure omg thank you so much!!! You changed it I think? Didn’t you used to have a Sony zoom cam? I had looked it up from links but it was always unavailable.
@@PlanetImo I actually just changed all the links as I haven't looked at those in so long! They should be correct on this vid and moving forward now 😊 always used a Sony as my main cam but that's evolved from the RX range to the ZV range! Can't beat the zoom on that Canon though 🔍
Not at all a secret! Main vlogging camera: amzn.to/3QShL5o (Sony ZV-1) Zoom vlogging camera: amzn.to/3E6I6VP (Canon HS740 SX) Drone: amzn.to/45FmTxM (DJI Air 2S) Action cam: amzn.to/3KRPk3A (GoPro Hero 11) Hope that helps!
@@LozsLeisure Wow! What an interesting setup :) But why to use two cameras with fixed optic instead of one camera with different optic? I'm looking for a new camera for my blog (not this channel), and I think I'll buy Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K + different optic :)
@@MakarovSoftware both are variable so the ZV-1 is my main cam (24-70mm equivalent) as it has better stabilisation and options for me. Then the Canon has a much longer zoom (24-960mm equivalent I think), which allows me to get some great wildlife shots! Ideally I would love to upgrade to the ZV-E1 with a wide lens I think! Blackmagic! VERY nice 😁 why do you think this is the best option for you?
@@LozsLeisure Sarcasm? 😅Actually it costs not much comparing to your set)) Many reasons why: first of all it's a professional VIDEO cam, not a photo) Then I work in DaVinci and it looks like perfect match with this cam) And I really want to learn how to shoot beautiful things in RAW or ProRES codecs, learn what could I take from it... And so on) By the way I'm working in all controlled environments - I can set up light, position, focus, ISO and everything else, of course it's unreal to make such vlogs from hand on this cam 😄
@@MakarovSoftware not at all, was just curious 😊 yeah I was on a video shoot recently and one of the videographers filming us used a Blackmagic and it did look awesome. You’re right, with a more controlled environment (and of course a lot of skill!) you’re sure to get a load out of it! Are the lenses expensive?
