Nea Chora is the most popular beach in Chania! Even though it was out of season, it was quite crowded when I was there! Bare in mind also that Chania is the 2nd largest city in Crete with around 100.000 population and on top of that, of course many tourists! It was quite OK beach for a bigger city.
