Great videos but pretty please could you put in captions what are they and what are they made of? Almost all look delicious but I'm afraid I live a bit far from Korea to simply go out and buy that food. If only to know what to ask for in our local Korean restaurants.

I can make out what the meats and vegetables are (the scallions are insanely big) since I worked for severas hotels as the buyer; but the sauces! Seems like every Cook have their favorite.
