@@samsonwraps how long do you reckon of vinyl you'd need for a mini cooper? I assume you buy in ft? Do you measure each vehicle before hand it just purchase bulk?
Lmao ehhh not too bad, I usually work with the car on the lift so doing a vehicle like this once in a while isn’t bad. I’ve done it consistently before I got lifts and it sucked I will tell you that!!
Hey bro it sucks about the teeth but you'll be happy once it heals! Hope you have a quick recovery. I've heard that's one of the worst things to have done haha
wrapping a black car black lol... imo if you’re gonna spend money on a wrap why not at least pick something nice, if it’s just for protection then ppf can just be done 🤷🏻♂️
7:43 why do you guys throw all that excess that could’ve been used for the door/ mirrors?? I wrapped my hood my own car and literally saved every piece of vinyl I could 😂
I use to keep all the scraps and never got used, then eventually I had way to much lol I get where you are coming from though lol. When you do multiple vehicles a week, you eventually don’t needs too keep scraps. Your more concerned about a clean shop lol
So Avery, yes you have to act very fast with it. I always take care of the most aggressive part when using it. But 3m in my opinion is to tacky causing me to lift a lot more and I’m scared of attracting dirt/dust.
I used a NT cutter/blade. It’s a rounded blade that sits perfectly between the middle of the 2 panels and allows you to cut precisely down the middle giving you enough wrap on both sides to have full coverage. This only works if there is a rubber trim between the doors/panels.
Wow! I fully understand why your customers, choose this wrap. Not to be flashy, just simply elegant that defines luxury, showing off the curves & corners. What makes it unique kind of vehicle on the road.
Depends, I have a local supplier that sells 3m and Avery. Check with your local wrap companies. I know metrowraps ships, and you don’t need an account with them. Most wrap companies you need to have an account to order.
