My mind getting relaxed and due to this process my mind started releasing of different kinds of positive thoughts ( self control-calmness-positivity) and later on I was and I am able to come over to control myself and now I can control my thoughts and emotions without any anxiety or fear

This is very valid...but I am able to take just 4 breaths per minute with hardly any breath when I do it consciously. I don't know what my normal breathing frequency is. What does that mean? I
No one has told me nor I read anywhere. But I breathe same way. Many a times it has happened that suddenly it came to my mind that I did not breathe for some time. Then take a long breathe.
