What my world is, because I create that reality. 🤯 I heard it said so many times in different ways but this video made everything clicked! Like wow. Let me soak in these words. My new story is not dependent on the old story. My new story is not related to the old story. My new story makes the old story irrelevant. Wow. So this is how choosing a different film roll feels like. I thought I did get it before. I dont know what happened but there's something that shifted within.

Tom has me cracking up sometimes the way he gets his point across! It’s so good at just snapping me out of those preconceived notions because I too have been told and bought into the mind stillness idea and doing this and that and the other 😂ha ha ha I love that, “how’s that going for you? “too funny. I like when he sets us straight like that, because you know it’s out of love but it’s hilarious. I laugh because I hear the seriousness and sometimes I need a good kick to make me snap out of all the stuff I bought into priceless.

Tom on quieting your mind- “how is that going for you?” 😂😂😂 I love it! ..so true! The mind doesn’t stop thinking, instead it focuses. The thoughts themselves cannot be changed, but we can choose which ones we want to focus on. It makes no sense to use up energy trying to change a script that has already been written when we can just pick up a new one and start reading from that… Thanks for this one ❤

This is very powerful Tom! This at the core of transformation, I feel. If we are trying to transform the old self or the now self that we have conceptualised, we are restricted to recreating some version of that self. Wow, we don’t realise the limitations we can unconsciously place upon our expansive nature. Every moment we can be a new me, a new I. We are not defined by any past version or story of ourself or any present condition. 🎉

I do whatever I remember to Say it. Also when waking up in the morning and going to sleep. I say I Am That I Am and listen to Wayne Dyer I Am Meditation on loop
