Well I'm sold. If I ever bloody get approved for SSI I plan to spend the money to get me one of these. I've always wanted a quality replica Mace Windu saber. Same for an Obi-Wan AOTC saber which I see 89 sabers also does.
Hey! I'm on SSI and just ordered my Windu 89Sabers hilt this past Friday so it'll probably ship out tomorrow. When I get it I will definitely know how it is and how it goes! I bought from CCSabers as well. But Obi-Wans first saber is also a great choice, that was actually the other one I was deciding to get or not but I went with the Windu one instead because it has always been my fav :)
Mace Windu is one of my favorite Star Wars characters. Samuel L Jackson did great acting in the Prequels. I really hope to buy a Mace Windu lightsaber soon.

Thanks for the review and introducing me to another saber company. I'm really excited about CC Sabers because they are a US based company and not overseas. Since I'm a noob when it comes to Sabers I would appreciate if you can do a video that would dive into each company and the different categories of products they offer. For example, on the CC Saber site I saw that they have the 89 Sabers and TXQ. As a consumer I would appreciate some insight into what are the differences between them, recommendations, etc. Keep up the great work, the quality of you videos are top tier and I always look forward to watching your next video. I have my version from UW, but it cost a bit more for proffie. Similar style and same button layout, but it doesn't break down like the ccsabers does. Also, mine has a crystal chamber by default, but it's cover is held in by glue strips.
I got the hilt from Korbanth with the BMF letter plate on it for WAY too much. Then I got 89 Saber to install in the soundboard. This was before 89 sabers had a Mace Windu hilt though. Korbanth is really bad at installing soundboards & the sound files they add are horrible too. 89 Sabers does such a great job with installations & customer service. And you can just unscrew the pommel to take out the chassis, so there's no chance of you messing up the threading aligning on the hilt.
It’s beautiful and I wanted to grab one but I like to choke up in use and I can see mashing those buttons by accident would probably happen alot. Opted for a Starkiller exposed crystal hilt instead. Would still like to get one eventually.

I ask only because I saw just your video regarding their blade quality (three hours after the purchase) 😂.. I don't really duel with them. no no no... Carl is the owner and he's a very standup guy. If anything happens to your blade I would contact him and I'm sure he will take care of it. Mine were coming from AliExpress which were being shipped by the manufacturer or some thing. They were also the older model of these blades, so hopefully they have better craftsmanship now. Hey there. Love your energy man! I’m old enough to have seen Eps 4-6 in the theaters and have always wanted my own lightsaber from the 1st time I saw one, and am finally going to do it. Purple being my favorite color, and coincidentally it also being my favorite looking hilt, I want a Mace Windu. I was all ready to get it straight from Disney until I saw 1 of your other videos recommending Artsabers, but then I saw this video. Could you please give me your best recommendation on which one I should go with. I don’t have to have SLJ’s voice effects, but I do want a realistic really good hilt and a really good blade with realistic saber sounds. I want a really good lightsaber. There are just so many options, and different companies that make them, I don’t know which one to go with. Thanks for your help!

Wow that's so awesome though it would be more accurate if the top of the hilts had the engraving from george lucas to Samuel L Jackson but either way super awesome obi-dad and the blaster deflects sound like jango fett's blasters that is awesome
It’s cheap enough to just buy them built these days. I used to build my own for 500 vs paying 8-900 for a prebuilt set up. But hey if you want to build your own anyway saber bay will have what you need. Buy a static hilt or the DIY kits. So many sound boards to choose from but you can’t go wrong with CFX or proffie
Are your hands really big or is the saber actually that small and thin like the movie?! If your hands aren’t big then this is the most screen accurate lightsaber I’ve ever seen based on size and thickness of it
