Located in a little town called Truth or Consequences is the delightful Riverbend Hot Springs Mineral Resort and Spa. We spent 2 nights there. Booking their hotel rooms gives you unlimited soaks! The hot springs are so so so relaxing and calming. They constantly play calming music in the pool areas and the pools feel delicious on the body including relieving pain. Our favorite pool was on the cooler side (98-100 degrees approximately) and had these net swings to sit/lay on.
The pools overlook the Rio Grande which is relaxing to watch the water flow while soaking. At night they have laser lights that shine on the river and across the river which creates this really magical feeling. Even better is the sunrise in the morning. Watching the sun come up behind the mountain while soaking in one of the relaxing pools is indescribably magical.
