Bro I have yamaha rx135 , 2001 model. I have completed 4,07,500 km. Single use. Service cost ₹ 500 per 8000kms. Milage 54kmpl uptodate no change. Piston kit changed after 3.75lh km. Rx135 is N0:1 Reliable bike in india.

I have gixxer 2018 dual disc model. It’s very reliable. Initially I had oil leak problem but once rectified it is going really good till date. The chain needs to be taken good care.
Rtr200 vitteengale... Adhuvum vfm bike... Driven more than 50k plus kms without any engine issues.. No breakages.. Slight oil leaks here and there.. nothing serious.. Have driven even without changing oil for more than 2 services... Engine performance is top notch to its price.. And built quality is excellent.. No plastic breakages...
In our family we have 2007 model pulse 150 it completed 2.3L km first 1.3L stock engine with out any major engine work it completed and also we have Apache RTR 160 2012 model which completed 1.3L km it's also without any major engine work one year before I rework the my Apache engine after that it drive 15k now I am getting (62kmpl in 5K RPM) and top speed is 130kmph. I am happy with that two bikes because very low maintenance
Usually the Japanese Four bikes are most reliable & here comes the order Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki & Yamaha.... Suzuki should have brought into this list... I have 2001 Suzuki Fiero still running...

Fz v1 engine is reliable & smooth after 1lakh km 👌. I won't use to do service periodically but I use to change fully synthetic oil alone every 3500km w/o fail. I won't feel power drop even now. Yamaha engine is really 👌 🔥. Only draw back is front suspension oil seal broken 2 or 3 times expect that I didn't spend much for fz .
Suzuki Gixxer also has excellent reliability compared to Pulsar or TVS, you willfully ignore Suzuki and included Kawasaki ninja which majority wont buy
i feel Gixer 250 and 155 are some what under rated and unreviewed bikes. They are also solid as equal to yamaha. please let me know your views. im planning to get one 250 sf

I own a FZ16 from 2010.. It has taken lot of abuses, 3 accidents.. I have only made fixes for the accidental damage parts... Mathapadi Vandi oditae irukku for 1.5 lakh km plus.. i have never felt to replace this baby all these years.. Still taking it for longer distances without any fear of breakdown...

I have an Apache 150 whose engine came from the Fiero series. Its a gem of an engine. I have clocked more than 1 lakh kms on it. No issues till I stopped riding it.
A proud owner of 2007 Hero Honda Karizma Premium Sports Done 75000kms with stock bore. Can easily cross 2lakhs kms. A best touring bike with pocket friendly maintenance. A mile muncher which can cruise 110+ all day long. A big miss in the list. @revnitro

I have a 2017 BS4 pulser 150 around 80k km running but I face 79800 engine head and bore issue because wear reason , wiring harness is bad quality, if you maintain well, performance is well. compare to bs3 , BS4 is engine noise better
