Once full you close the top and open the bottom before pressurizing it to push the waste oil out the hose and into the storage tank. Every tech makes that mistake at least once in their career. He was giving it hell trying to vacuum the floor. Told coworker and myself shop vac doesn't work. He never turned it on. So he turned it on without placing a bag inside. So dust went flying everywhere. We were mad as hell. We had to clean that area again. Before we could clear coat the floor with epoxy. Some reason I get stuck with almost all new kids. If I have a new kid that listens and trying to learn our trade. I don't get upset if he makes a mistake.
