Kobo already reached 2.54 millions subs now, and rapidly approaching Pekora. By the end of the next month she will most likely overtake the war criminal as the new Number 3 of hololive in terms of subscribers (Just below Gura & Marine).

Shion hasn't streamed in a while, so it's not surprising Mio was in the hospital But in general it's hard for a lot of them to gain subscribers like they used to and if you take a long break - people start unsubscribing I’m sure they will return to their former shape and begin to grow quickly again)

Bae and IRyS are Japanese speakers living in Japan who frequently collaborate with JP. Compared to them, Fauna is less well known in Japan. This is similar to how EN viewers may not be very familiar with Lamy.

@@GeneralSecura The current subscriber counts of Promise, exactly match the rankings of how many followers they had before hololive. Mumei had the most, Kronii second most, Irys third most, Bae fourth most, Fauna had the least. This same metric works with Myth. Gura had by far the most, Cali second most, Ame third most. Kiara and Ina were similar. Your past followers follow you. To use a modern example...dokibird.

-The domINAtion of blue haired girls -Mumei is really the queen of promise -I understand for Fuwamoco but i wonder why Biboo don't have more numbers. Just my opinion, but feel like she has more "hype" than Nerissa.

Nerissa is more music focused. That drives the subs much more, you can only get so far by just streaming. Look at the difference between a streaming monster Pekora and Marine who doesn't stream much, but her music does the numbers. Marine did 5 streams and didn't even release a song in June, yet got 60k more subs than Pekora just by the strength of her older music. Similiar case with Suisei, she's growing rapidly in subs.

Using sub counts/ccv to predict other numbers only works sometimes. For example, Fauna has the lowest sub count in all of HoloEN (not counting advent/justice) but she was ranked 2nd highest superchat earnings for 2024 EN, 3rd if you count fuwamoco as 1 entity, only behind kiara. She was top 20%, where all of the other council girls were in the 45-55% rang. Another good example is Rin Penrose from idol, she has more subs than Fauna but only averages 1k viewers vs Fauna's 10k. So you gotta look at every other number to get a bigger picture.

@@coalstar9030relax brother, we're not talking about "how they're doing" in general, just the subs counts. I do agree with OP, I think that "hype" correlates with subs counts, since it means people intentionally subscribing to the channel, consciously clicked the button, not about how much they're making from donations. I meant no disrespect to anyone, but I do wonder, I thought Fauna has more subs count than that, I'm new to Hololive (or vtuber in general) but even I'm more familiar with Fauna than some other members.

What's the percentage represent? Shouldn't lower "total subscriber" member got higher percentage increase than already big total subscribers?

Thats literally how it works. If some member go from 100.000 to 120.000 sub, then the new subscribing subs is 20.000, and since 20.000 is 20% of 100.000 (former subs number), the percentage is 20%

There are always automatic unsubscribing by RU-vid, or subscriber accounts that are canceled, so you need an influx of new subscribers only to keep the level. If a V-tuber doesn't stream for a while, it's natural to lose subscribers.

She hasnt streamed in 6 months. People move on. It is likely manual unsubscribing. It is very easy to lose interest in someone if they are away for that long.
