Thank you for sharing the time at which you ended your IF 6:32 I knew about IF back when my first semester of uni had started and I would practice it. It was a game changer 🤌. Though after covid I had gained weight with unhealthy habits of ordering take away. And IF became so tough. But when I see you and Suri Sahab, Urvashi and Bhanu (which I came to know through your channel) speaking about your IF inputs on regular vlogs, it pushed me to be regular with mine. And STILL DOES! I picked the habit of eating yogurt with my granola just by watching yours snippets on it. Love your vlog and hard work!

This is happening a lot in London. Happened with my brother. They took his newly purchased iphone and he couldn't do anything about it. Even the police didn't pay much heed to it. So stay safe and be aware
