Raja Ampat, or the Four Kings, is an archipelago located off the northwest tip of Bird's Head Peninsula on the island of New Guinea, in Indonesia's West Papua province. It comprises over 1,500 small islands, cays, and shoals surrounding the four main islands of Misool, Salawati, Batanta, and Waigeo, and the smaller island of Kofiau.
Watch myself and Jason travel around the region by boat for what is possibly the greatest holiday we have ever had. This region have everything to offer from crystal clear water to the worlds greatest reefs and some of the most vegetated forests the country has to offer.

Great video! Recently we were in Raja Ampat (see our travelvlogs) and were amazed by its lush underwaterworld. We spent two weeks learning how to scuba dive and it was one of the best things we have ever done. This footage brings back fond memories. Keep up the good work!

My wife and I are going to Indo for two months starting in early April. We will be scuba diving on two live aboards out of Sarong and Komodo, In between we will be diving the Wakatobi Islands. Afterwards, trekking thru Sumatra searching for Orangtuans. We are still not sure how we will be getting to LBJ. Nice vid. We live on Bonaire.

ALL I CAN SAY IS "WOW"! Never heard of Raja Ampat yet but the opportunity of getting to discover the place through your content is seriously amazing! I bet exploring the islands would take more than a month, right? I was actually planning of traveling with the Bento Bag of Nomad Lane but I think it would be compliment the vastness and beauty of this archipelago.

Such a beautiful place! I'm happy it still is not destroyed by people. I guess that's why it is so expensive to go there to keep the people out. If we just stopped using petrol and plastic it wouldn't become a problem.

You guys did a great job! Raja Ampat is an amazing place. I heard it's very expensive to stay there. That's too bad. Maybe it's better so business doesn't come and pollute it too much. Remember everyone is not Australian, so speak California English.
