That Air BnB looked off the rails😉 on a serious note though, love watching you both travel through Australia, it’s bringing back all the Aussie memories for us ❤️
Merry Christmas to my favourite Aussie couple. Really enjoyed the start of this adventure, and so looking forward to what comes next. Excellent, entertaining and enjoyable as always.
Wow, that train was really elegant. I can see just from the video that it would be rated the best place to stay. It seems funny to see you exploring in your home country of Australia. I did miss your German Christmas market exploring and experiencing the food there as last year.
Looking forward to your Tassie adventures. Tasmanians are so awesome I married one! Cant wait to sea (geddit..yes lame!) your crossing on the Spirit too Merry Christmas guys!!!
Beautiful air bnb, they did a great job converting it. I never knew about the redwood forest and the waterfall, looked amazing. Taking fruit, vegetables & plants from state to state varies but mostly it is prohibited to stop the spread of fruit fly. South Australia is very strict & it is prohibited to bring it in. You either have to eat it before you cross the border or bin it, there are quarantine stations at certain entry points across the border who check your vehicle thoroughly before you enter. The reason they are so strict is to keep fruit fly out so it doesn’t destroy the winery industry. A little fun fact there. Miss you both, love you, mum.xx
Hi guys, great video! I checked out the Forrest AirBnB as I’ll be down that way in the next couple of months and would love to stay there. Unfortunately, it looks like it’s a 3 night minimum booking which is a bummer.
We did see they had a 3 night minimum! It would definitely be great and you could fill the 3 days in the surrounding areas but 3 nights can get expensive!
That train carriage looks so fun! I did great ocean road a few years ago and visited Otway National Park but somehow missed the redwoods. Gorgeous area.
