I have two rue21 fragrances they were both 9.99 and they smell better than most celebrity fragrances. The reason I compare them to celebrity fragrances is because they are fruity sweet and that’s what they remind me of but better. I have a little of everything high end to low end. If it like it I’m buying.
@@wendyguthrie1099 ohhh my daughter has blush. That one smells so good too. My son had gotten an eco revert cologne it was half off because our local rue21 was closing and that cologne smells divine almost like it could be unisex. I also have hashtag. I like all their fragrances so much.
Yesss that the rant, you were 💯 correct. They’re buying niche for hundreds of dollars and not even wearing them. Just being glutinous for RU-vid. There’s nothing wrong with having a collection, but some of these niche reviews be so over the top, you can damn well tell they don’t be using these perfumes like that or it was given for free.

Girl, just discovered your channel, you made me laugh. I give you the prize for the most entertaining perfume youtuber👍👍👍 and another for the forward opinion on the niche fragrances and niche snobs, you killed me, that is soooo good and exactly what I think🤣. I completely agree, I smelled the whole Jovoy - niche perfume shop here in Paris- and guess what: 80% of the perfumes stink for real like toilet, pee, manure stink. You are 100 right, they don't smell good, and some do smell good, but they are so artistic, just made to be smelled not to be worn. By the way, you have the best French accent I've heard in a perfume youtuber so be confident about it, I was really impressed😉. What is more, I like that you show the real dent in perfumes, not just 2mm missing where you don't even see it and say:'' trust me that is a big dent for me cause I have a big collection'' and we' re like: okkkk, ahh that bottle looks full to me but whatever😂

I'm a longtime card holder for team oversprayer, card member since 1990😂 The fragrance I put a dent in is Idole. My daughter gave it to me for Mother's Day 2020. I normally change my fragrance everyday to every other day but this one I wore a week straight during quarantine put it down then picked it back up in early fall 2020. I put it down because I'm not ready to purchase another and I don't want to be without it. TFS💕
Loved your rant 🤩 I like both designer and niche. I agree that most niche fragrances that are hyped dont even smell good. But every now and then you find a hyped niche that really lives up. Santal 33 by Le Labo is one of the hyped ones that actually lived up to the hype for me. The first time I sprayed it, i hated it. And the next day I liked it, the day after that, it was my favorite.
I have said it before, you are fabulous, love your videos, my favourite fragrance reviewer by far. Everytime i watch a video you upload, you lift my mood. The rant, you are absolutely right! @@michellemcfarlene4338 so on me, when i spray i get a citrus blast but as a lemon popsticle and it drowns down to a lemon pie, like i am in an actual pastry shop where you smell all those nice pastries. Also, long lasting, moderate sillage, on clothes it lasts for days..note that i am an oversprayer..i love it. I havee bought a back up bottle.

I agree not all niche fragrances smell gorgeous and some are downright rank (especially the extra strong Oud fragrances). You have tempted me to try Alien Eau Extraordinaire and YSL Libre. I am really on a Mugler kick since buying Aura and Angel Nova and loving them both so much (I hate the original Angel though). I can understand your dent on Olympea ... I love it too. They have not changed the packaging (they just have a lot of flankers ... you may be thinking about Olympea Intense which has a slightly darker bottle and juice) 💕
Just subscribed - great video! I love Libre, Idole and Olympea! I'm not a fragrance snob (i.e., "only wear niche"), but as an older woman, I tend to stick with soft florals and fresh classics. I do have one celebrity fragrance which I love, Sofia by Sofia Vegara. Anyway, thanks for sharing your "dents." Love, love your t-shirt!

I love your little rant at the beginning about perfume snobbery. I just unfollowed 3 fragrance channels today because they either hated on designer fragrances or posted a video with nothing but niche. I will never pay $300 for a perfume. Nothing can possibly smell that good.
I don't hate Niche, most people think I do.. I just don't understand why I'm paying so much money 😩😩 I understand the work that goes in and all that jazz.. But I saw a Fragrance the other day for £500.. Like WHAAAAATTTTT?! I'll stick mostly with my designer for now 😂
I love designer frags and I’m dipping my toe in Niche. But I will promise you one thing that you’ll never catch me walking around smelling like straight OUD!! Lol. Great video! I love your energy!
Oh Lord 😂😂😂😂 There's some good smelling Oud, but there's some really strange smelling ones out there too 😂😂😂 I have Niche in my collection as well, just don't like being judge for wearing Designer & Celebrity Frags, you know what I mean? Lol
"girl I want to smell GOOD" YES I love it lol I understand it when the criticism is because of the quality or if the ingredients are bad(health wise). -but ruling out celebrity and designer fragnrances all together is snobby behaviour. My favourite designer perfume used to be Fantacy by Britney Spears, but I am too old for it now lol. I use Cloud by Ariana for work and Sandalwood Temple by Sana Jardin when going out.

Love your niche house reviews. Would love to see your opinion on Byredo and Le Labo (the best niche houses in my opinion). They are pricey but they are so worth it. Very unique.
