In parameter 11.04 - set the minimum speed which is required, in there video, it's 0, set as required. & On HMI - 1-89.1% is the reference given by control room to run the VFD (out of 100%)
Sir. As per my knowledge, DTC mode is selected only for applications where high precision of movement is needed. For general,scalar mode is okay. Torque is generally unchanged : -300 to +300 is set
Dear Sir, Thank you for your video, I kindly need your help, ABB VFD ACS800-01 , some parameter groups do not show up on the local control panel, the only parameter groups that show are 10, 11, 14, 16, 33 the rest do not show. And also the language selection which should be in group 99; it shows in group 33. I could not find any related setting in the drive manual. any clarification, please
You must speak with your ABB service engineer. I am also a field engineer, do not know that much in details. If you still need help I can talk to my ABB service engineer but he is chargeable.
Sir. It's very thoughtful observation u did. Great. As of now I don't know surely y its VFD motor r connected in delta but... In my observation, I have seen only HT motors (6.6kv) are connected in Star , they need very high torque while starting of equipment. Else all LT motors are connected in delta. Still, I'll check for better results and revert ASAP sir. TQ
I want 440volt output voltage at 27HZ nominal frequency I have set I have set all parameters as per name plate data in para. 99 ... The voltage is still 415-420 volt output what should be done else for getting 440volt output at 27Hz freq output frequency.
I believe these drives are designed for 0-50hz frequency only with 0 Hz= 0 V and 50 Hz = 415V, But, you can change the minimum and maximum speed in the limit parameter, you will get the desired voltage at 27Hz. Try this, if u don't get, text me back
@@bishantkumar12589 I have checked in limit parameter 20 here min freq. I setted 0 hz and maximum 27hz then also output voltage is 415volt as I set 440volt nominal voltage in para 99...here I m not seems minimum and maximum RPM setting
@@bishantkumar12589 currently I am testing without load and I seems voltage does not boosted to 440volt and I have tested 4pole motor with this parameter nominal voltage 440volt nominal frequency 27hz and motor design for 415v, 50hz due to motor gets overloaded at this stage even at no load .. It was trial at 4pole motor actually I want to test 440volt , 27hz , 12pole motor which is under production

namaste ... aapke drive me kisi ne parameters ko lock kar diya hoga... parameter number - 16.02 PARAMETER LOCK , check karo aap. agar 65535 hai too lock hai, 0 hona chahie.
Sir hamare pass ACS 800 hai.. usme fiber optic thi mod bus ke sath hoke PLC ma communication jata hai.. Abhi fiber optic ka light thik hai fir fir bhi communication nhi mil raha or.. Eroor hi ata hai.. communication module 7510 vala
