@Diablo Diabla From what I can tell, it's a little of both. A lot of the jokes are off the cuff, but some jokes are planned and they're usually the ending. Kinda like how the white guy said to Karlos "that was good high five" to set up that joke. Notice how bad that line came out compared to everything else he said.
