I really want to see cumulative wins internationally now to exclude the bias of some leagues having far more games played in regular season.

I m not sure are they calculating the series win or single game win. If it’s series win LPL and LCK have less games compare to BO1 regions

I'm pretty sure it is or else lpl and lvk teams would have about 150 to 200 games ahead of na and eub

@@heman8413 It is not series for sure, it must be games. Chart shows 68 wins(519 - 587) for T1 in 2020, while they had max possible series to play 44 (18 + max posible 4 per split). Now tell us how can they achieve 68 wins in less than 44 series if individual games are not counted as 1 win !?

IMO, because they did not invest much in LoL. We even have our own server under Garena, not Riot. Should be organized globally like other regions.

Lpl and Lck have a huge advantage. Lpl has 20 teams in the league so double the matches per season compared to teams from other leagues. And both leagues play in Bo3 format while Eu and NA play bo1.

one of the major reasons why the west suffers so much internationally, G2 was an amazing exception because they were arguably Europe's greatest team ever, however, with their fall this spring EU is in dangerous waters....

@@HxL-yy1fl exactly, thats why LCK and LPL teams always outlast any Western team aside from G2 in bo5 situations in international tournaments, like for instance how RNG made it out of 2018 MSI groups after turning around a disappointing 2-3 start with a 5 winstreak and crushed the playoffs, while fnatic had a 3 losestreak coming into playoffs and got swept by RNG

On the other hand, Lck & Lpl teams play against harder teams. So their 1 win like 5 European(and others) wins.

lol. lpl only has 17 teams. Where did your 20 come from? Plus they only play one time against each other so only 16 games in regular season compare to 18 games in other region.

Consider that this is taking absolute number of wins. EU and NA play best of 1 while LPL and LCK play best of 3

i'm more surprised that you would think g2 is supposed to be in the chart when it's a cummulative of 9 yrs in lol competition. G2 only popped off in 2018.

@@canzouxfps they were in the MSI finals in 2017. And were winning in 2016. It was only in 2018 that they got out of groups

@@canzouxfps ehh i don't think it's super surprising but it's not immediately obvious either, they won 8 out of 10 splits from spring 2016 to summer 2020 convincingly making several deap runs into and winning an international tournament
