My mother cat was so concerned about her babies and leaving them, that she refused to drink even tho she was so desperately thirsty. I brought the water to her and tipped it for her to reach it. Then she drank more than a horse. I brought the food bowl to her too and it helped her eat a lot. Her labor in the hot heat really drained her. She was already a small cat. We still have the whole family together after 6 years.
I know 😢❤ I only wish the instincts of the videographer would have been as strong - they could have helped the poor screaming kitten up & to Mommy's nipple. That was a hard hit for the little newborn kitten - you can hear the thump. That had to hurt 😢

awww the way moma notices the child that fell and wanted to help so badly but couldn't. She even tried looking as though to see if anyone can come help
That video proves something: Animals are smarter than we think they are and have feelings, no doubt. That is not only instinct, the mom wants to help that baby, but also understands that if she does so, the others will be disturbed. Lovely mama ❤❤❤

My princess is so confused right now 😂 She's looking around, cleaning her kittens and chirping wondering why she's hearing extra babies 🥰 It's hilarious because her 3 kittens act like momma doesn't have enough nipples for them 🤣😍

My lilac siamese had a litter of 4(her 1st litter) 11 days ago. It's such a sweet experience. I helped her cut the cords and deliver her babies. She's an excellent Momma

😂 well I can top that… I didn’t realize until like a year or two ago that both male and female dogs have nipples. I mean so do men and women… and im guessing just like us as well, the nipples do different jobs or no job at all depending on which sex it is. 😂
One thing about momma cats, all her other babies could be fine except for one and she will go out of her way to make sure the one kitten who is crying to be ok.
