That's what happens when you have public domain material, and some home video distributors decide to "improve" it by adding narration, different music, or whatever.

This was produced in 1946, and originally intended for the 16mm "silent home movie" market (note the use of intertitles). Production music cues were added when Bailey Films acquired this for distribution in the early '50s.
