@@monicajordan6900 it doesn't matter who that gun belonged to .It should NOT have been loaded and where that child could get ahold to it . This "unfortunate accident " as you put it could have been prevented. Common Sense!
I’m angry bc how tf a baby get to a gun shit is sad it’s always an excuse for everything it’s clear he must have known where his father left it or got it from how ever the father raised him his way just shows what the baby saw
What did the system do! Other than keeping the father in jail! Grandma talking does not make sense. The father failed to ensure weapon was out of reach of his son. The adult father is the problem not the “system”
The system failed because Trey father should not have been granted bond/bail. Our system allowed him to be out. Shooting that many bullets at a house is a threat to society/community/world. That’s how the system Failed!!!
@@keshiawright4242 u ain’t lying. I’m sorry but I tell my kids I’m not spending my money on no bail for stupid mess. U smoking the wrong stuff n get caught, you on your own. I’m not paying for no lawyer either, public defender they will get.
She said the system. But I believe she was saying that the father should have never been out or either the system shouldn’t have guns so easy to access in the first place. 🤷🏾♂️
Karma don't pick or choose the way its going to go down, it just happens. This man was involved in a drive by that injured a toddler and his toddler is no longer here due to a g*n. We create our own luck in life whether it's good or bad. RIP little man you didn't deserve this. Its pure common sense and science tho🤦
This is absolutely horrible. The son shouldn’t have been around the father if he had a gun. The father should not have been released on bond. This boy should have lived a long life. RIP
Oh wow! I remember the first case. The grandmother said the ex boyfriend hugged her and said I'm sorry mama, I got to do it. I don't understand why she allowed the kid to be around him after the first incident. That's wild.
She allowed him around his father not no stranger that was someone who supposed to have been protecting him regardless of what we do out in the streets we supposed to protect our children with everything in us it was just unfortunately they have karma came back to his child and what he did to someone else’s
@@porshamurry1302 WHAT!!! you sound insane what "WE" Do in the streets affects those around us in one way or another!! The dude was out on bail for attempted murder that should have been enough right there for that innocent precious child to not be no where near the "father" PERIODT!!!
@@porshamurry1302 ... "Protecting our children" first starts with the choices we make in the streets... Shooting up someones house with babies and other people in it is first evil and stupid but also puts the entire family at risk for harm. So Youre wrong... That boy should have been nowhere near that "father".
I have a grandson who will be turning 4 years old soon and he remind me of him. Such a beautiful child whose life was sadly and so tragically ended way too soon. My condolence to her and family. Prayers!!!!
Granny your daughter pick the wrong crash dummies to have a baby with why do those who want and know they have to protect themselves have to become defenseless. And why is this mother hiding behind lights in this story something ain't right with this
Lil Trey made me smile, just by looking at his handsome face!! I can only imagine what his family is going through. I’m a granna of 12, my heart hurts listening to his mom. Look at the irony of this story. His dad was shooting at a house with a toddler inside. Now his son is deceased bc of someone else’s negligence & stupidity. He’s definitely going to serve prison time. I’m surprised he’s out on bond. He will have nothing, but time to think about his young son.
He should not have been out on bond. God forbids but if my children did this, I would not spend a penny on their bail/bond. I’m for real too. This is heartbreaking.
Uhhh... have you met these types before? They love downtalking you as much as they love bullying, stealing, stabbing, raping and shooting at you. And OBVIOUSLY that's a lot ot love and dedication....
Didn't you hear she was blaming the system. They would never take the blame for being animals. "You kill him, they'll kill you, because violence really lives where I come from." In that case it's all his dumb loser father. I hope he goes to jail for the rest of his life.
She wanted the "bad boy". She got the "bad boy". The bad boy killed her baby boy, because the bad boy can't ever be a grown and responsible adult. She made the decision to leave her son with an irresponsible "bad boy". It was HER PERSONAL CHOICE. Guess who she is NOT holding accountable ???? She is blaming "the system". Go figure...🙄🙄🙄
@@adwoaynky, go back to your IG and TikTok videos, girl. You definitely need to do some learning. Read up on the reality that is life. That female does not want to show her face due to embarrassment, and to protect herself from the outcries of people calling her out for making stupid PERSONAL CHOICES that cost her son his life. I have left my kids in homes with weapons of all sorts. Hunting weapons. Construction tools, kitchen utensils, etc., all safely put away. Hell, I have had my children around rifles, machine guns, grenade launchers, Infantry Fighting vehicles, and tanks. They walked around their "uncles" at work, and at their houses...I even left them there on occasions of sleepovers, campouts, etc. I have taken them hunting, starting as just the experience, and then as they were the hunter. I have served in the military, and as a law enforcement officer - retiring from both after 20+ years in each - and have had weapons around the house that my children were raised. I was a single parent during all of these times. I have NEVER blamed anyone else for what happened to my kids, other than what they did to themselves. YOU may want to do some reading instead of recording yourself doing some dancing. Enjoy the Soka music. I know that I do.
Babies are dying at a high rate to gun crimes living just a short time ….Handsome little one RIP… I couldn’t do nothing for him ….. the hardest words a mother can say about a lifeless child U gave life too …. Bless the kids… protect these kids lord🙌
He never should've been around his father if he just done such a thing, his father is a coward for what he did.The mother had foreknowledge of what happened, the moral of the story is be careful who you have kids with, but it's still a sad case, stop messing with dusty thug bums point blank period.
This right here hurts very deeply to see. I got the parents, and family in my prayers. We have to be careful about how we handle these firearms when we have them. It's alot more to this story in terms of perspectives and reasons why this happened. The parents will need support and counseling for coping thru the loss.
The parents leave their guns out I want to blame the system and they take no responsibility they are sorry and I hope the same system charge the parents
😢 My Prayers and Condolences to this young lady and the Family members that are grieving this situation. 😭 May Our Heavenly Father give you Peace that surpasses all understanding. 😭💔😭
I went to high school with Jerry Anderson, I was a year ahead of him at Houston High School in Germantown where we were both on the football team. My thoughts and prayers are with Trey’s family in this difficult time.
@@tstewart3034 equal rights comes with equal responsibility. This is the result of rights without responsibility. You never hear "THEM" say "this is my fault" ever.
I would’ve never had my son around his father. And the news is foul fit displaying his fathers case when his sons death have nothing to do with his pending trial.
RIP to the child! So sad he lost his life to something that could of been prevented!! Smh. And what answers does the mother want? The father didn't protect the boy properly while a gun was in the house! To be honest I wouldn't even leave my son with a father of that sort! NOPE!!
I'd been arrested for the heinous act of self defense. My guns were confiscated & I was told to not buy, handle or be in the vicinity of a firearm until my case was ajudicated. So,no,if the guy was out on bond for a violent crime,he wasn't supposed to be around guns.
He was out for attempted 1st degree murder. He shot a child. Watch the video at the 2:40 mark to see him on video shooting 130 rounds into a house. So he should never be in possession of a gun.
@@allenuconn he should not have even been out on bail/bond in my opinion. As a mother, visitation would not be allowed either due to what he did. WTBS, I ain’t nobody😞.

The maternal grandmother, shes not blaming the system..idk why people misinterpreted what she said... She said, "the system cant get it right." She is saying the system cant be expected to do this. "People have to put the guns up. " May God strengthen this mother and give peace that surpasses understanding..
What his Father did came back on his son smh Saturn 🪐 is in retrograde meaning whatever you put out good or bad is coming back to you ....Rip to this young child and Comfort to his mother and family 💐 😔
I'm confused, how is it the system fault? It's the idiots in the house fault. The 911 operator said the accident was due to a dropped weapon. So they left the gun out and the boy picked it up. So what am I missing here? Go ask the people in the house grandma. Just plain stupid. R.I.P to this lil angel. He died because of stupid adults.
Poor child it’s a shame he lost his life people women stop hanging around thugs stop having children by thugs after that video of sperm donor thug shooting up that house twice and he is not in jail tells you all you need to know about why America is falling when you don’t judge lawlessness it’s like a cancer it grows and grows and then you have a 4 yr old dead
The father was out on a 250k bail. Who do you think put that up for him? The system had nothing to do with that. What system could have protected the 3 yr old from getting shot when the father was one of the ones doing the shooting.
@@keshiawright4242 watching the video of the father shooting up the house twice what judge or DA in their right mind would even grant him bail? Now we have a innocent dead child it’s not only the system it’s our culture that puts up with this lawlessness. Defund the police and prisons are money making businesses so let them all out
Man 🥺🥺🥺come on parents we have to try to keep this babies 👶🏼 safe man this is heart ❤️ broken 😞 these kids losing their life more then elderly people man what’s going on prayers goes out to the mother and family sad
Just watch this video from the 2:40 mark to solve this case. The boys father already shot and seriously injured a child as he shot up a house with women and children in it. If he was in prison where he belongs this innocent child would be alive with his mother.
She chose to have a child with a hardcore violent criminal. Child was left father who was out bond for attempted 1st degree murder. What could go wrong?
She had her child years before he did that. If he had a history prior, it’s highly unlikely that it was anything close to murder. And if he’s capable of that, can you imagine why he would do to her if she refused to allow him to see the child? In fact, the news said it was his parents home, so for all we know, she could’ve sent him to spend time with his grandparents & they allowed him to come over. Offer condolences or hush.
Why don’t thugs get themselves together & turn their lives around especially when they have kids? Having a child oftentimes brings out the best in people -it reveals qualities they never knew they had.. it seems like for thugs they don’t have the desire & there’s no expectation for them to ever look at their child & say I’m leaving this street life alone. Everyone just expects if he was a thug before the baby he’ll always be in the street life -he’ll never do right
the system failed for letting him out on bail/bond after firing 130 rounds at someone’s house. Family/friends who even contributed to his bail/bond….shame on the them!
so sad my heart 💔 for the mother stay strong I'm so sorry for your loss of your baby boy Rip baby hero sending prayers for the family and friends from Baltimore Maryland ❤️🙏
I see why she didn't want to show her face. I wouldn't want to be associated with that dust bucket either. Knowing she slept with him is makes her sick. Hopefully she gets the help and support she needs.
I'm not jumping on here with condolences to the family. May the little boy rest in peace because everyone in his family failed him while he lived and it began before he was ever born. I can't imagine the mother's grief, however, she had a baby with a deadbeat, bum, street thug and he was that when she laid with him and decided to create an innocent life with a loser. As for the grandmother, who is probably another generational baby mama, wants to hold the "system" and guns accountable?!🤨 No ma'am, your grandson is dead because of poor choices, irresponsible, reckless parenting and negligence. Hold everyone accountable who attributed to THAT part first and foremost. RIP, innocent one.
They said it was the grandparents home where the child was killed which where the father stay and grandparents. Someone should b charge. No gun should b in no child possession at all!!!
My heart and prayers are with mom, family and friends. Rest in peace God's Handsome Angel on that beautiful paradise. May God Continue to strengthen them all through this tragedy 🙏🙌💖🙏🙌💯💯🙏🙏
Don't think of taking 20-30 years straight from these criminals. Think of it as giving the community and the city a chance of 20-30 years of peace, safety and stability.
You can't blame the system in this case. He was at his father's house and the gun should have been out of his sons reach. So, the father was out on bond for shooting at someone's home where a toddler was injured. We (I included) have to be careful what we do to others because it can come back on our children. we (I included) must repent unto GOD! My Condolences to his mother.
