This is Nancy Black is a 42 years old mother of nine living in rural Jamaica, she is living in a one bedroom dwelling in with her nine children, with a less than ideal bathroom and kitchen with no running water or the necessities for the children , the children have been doing online classes since they don’t have any devise or internet connections, Nancy loves her children dearly but can’t give them the help that they so desperately needs. Nancy burns Coral for a living and does days job cleaning people floor and windows sometimes, but she said since the pandemic she has not gonna any work because people are skeptic about who comes and goes in the house, Nancy said the last time she burned 60 bags of coals/Corals they were stolen and she said since that she has been struggling as the Coral was her only source of income since she is a single mother of nine children.
Nancy is seeking assistance with food, clothing, shoes, tablets, doors and for another room to be added on to her one bedroom so that the children can have their own space.
Her story was very emotional I actually cried the whole way through.
