Su Qing Un One of the most interesting things I’ve learned about them is how amazing their ability to reason things out, and to solve problems. The narrator of the clip I’m posting here says the wild orangutan in it “found” a carpenter’s saw, and rather quickly figured out what it is for. Honestly, I don’t know whether or not the film crew left it laying around for her to “find,” or if, after she found it, one of them used one like it in plain view of her to saw through a branch or something, but either way it was quite a revelation to me. Take a look: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fK5baBcO8T4.html

Just for your information, the commentator should not refer the animals as "orang" because it means "human or man". "Orang utan" literally means "Jungle/Forest man." How about stop thr ppl from destroying the forests by petitioning and getting involved with legislators to create legislation / laws to protect them ? Everyone who thinks their little effort of not buying palm oil is going to do anything needs to dig deeper and realize that’s not how getting those greedy ppl to stop ruining things works .. u have to fight legally or theyll only just find some other way to destroy things for profit.and the amount of products using palm oil that don’t even label it obviously is way more than most realize ... it’s just just Nutella that includes it .... not that you said so , but just saying.
