Well, he killed his own son, of course they'd have to arrest him for it and it was in self-defense. They saw it as a Homicide so of course it had to be done until they figure out what really happened.
Before the cops jumped to conclusion, they should've immediately looked into they why and what happened. No arrest should've happened. Self defence case. I'll volunteer to be on that jury. Hopefully the powers that be will figure out this is a self defense care and let him go.
Ohio is a stand your ground state number one also he defended himself so this in most eyes is self defence the kid was hitting him with a ball bat what was he supposed to do set there and let him? I hope this justice system does the right thing and release this man.

So, for you to assume there won't be a trial when he's already been charged with muder, and has been before a judge who set his bond at one million tells you he's not walking away without a trial! So, how much do you know about the justice system!?

Unfortunately the father must go through the process which must be very difficult as your mourning the loss of your own son ,if all the limited information is true and evidence shows he was just protecting himself then he should be innocent a can't imagine having to put down your own son i would have probably thrown a couch at him first buts thats me and i don't claim to know there situation, they obviously had a bad relationship to come after your own father with a bat is last straw violence that had been bottled up but walking away and talking it out after everyone has kooled off is usually best ,my condolences i don't think i could mentally deal with knowing i killed my own son,and we have been in a few little power struggles but walking away has always been best.
