I can't tell you how much I really really needed this today! My own son is about thirty-five and he's focused on his life. This was the way I raised him, but when every other mother is getting phone calls and things I am dismissed. The song meant the world to me. I pretended for a second that it was written for me....

@@LozaAlexander She done good things all her life. Was a foster mum and my dad worked offshore. One of my brothers is adopted but I don't really remember him not being there so to me he's blood. All the kids that came through our home were treated as blood, whether if it was siblings turning up to be safe in the middle of the night or if it was to bring a kid with us on our hols if any parents needed restbite over the holidays or a New born that we all loved and cared for for a whole year till his mum sorted her situation and life out and even though its heartbreaking to hand a baby you've had in your family for a year its bittersweet and about helping the parents and children out and be placed back home if 100% safe. (social workers aren't always the best at their jobs). My mum always kept in contact with the parents to gage the situation because CPS isn't always great at that either and the newborns mum we kept in contact for years and they went on and thrived as a little family.
