I buy house paint samples for painting with. Just a substitute for craft paints but good and cheaper. If not using for awhile they separate. I have lots of pebbles and rocks where we live now so i threw a small but heavy rock, granite in them and use as mixing balls. Close and shake. Worked great. Got idea from the beads in nail polish. If really gummy i add a tiny bit of water and shake. I have my levels of projects so use older ones on non decor type projects as bases. I mix my own colors. I’m new to decopauge. Did my first project covering old wood hand carry tool box. Really big. Using for my arts and crafts books right now. Made my own chalk paint but still working on that recipe. Want to perfect painting grass but not tried it yet. Really like how this turned out. I need a napkin source too. I bought the only floral napkins in the entire town. 3 packs. We retired to small rural ranch type town.

This is my absolute favorite so far. This is gorgeous ❣.. Our first pieces of furniture were these two throne type wicker chairs. I just thought they were so pretty. Now when I see a photo with them in it I can't image what I was thinking lol. Maybe had I painted them but I wasn't even thinking that way back then.
Really need to have a go at that but more perhaps for the spring to decorate my windowsill with or maybe for Mother's Day not sure what I'm going to do

Hi Becky, Enjoyed your MasterClass Decoupage tutorial. Does chalk paint work better than acrylic paint? Does it cover better ot is it the brush your using? Hiya thank you for watching. I don't have a shop on etsy and don't sell my crafts on ebay. I generally pop them on youtube if I have any for sale or sell at local craft fairs. I should really set up a shop.
