Motichoor boondi ladoo video recipe :
Measurements:
4 cups of Ladoo besan (unlike regular besan this will be little coarse).
2 to 3 cups of sugar (to make syrup. we won't be using entire syrup though.. watch video for details).
1 litre or 1 kg of ghee to fry boondi...
Mix besan with water to the shown consistency in video
use motichoor ladoo Jhara and make boondi as shown in the video.
prepare sugar syrup and pour required quantity of it into boondi and bind ladoo.
Yield : 15 medium sized ladoos.
