First time through this album, all I could hear was breaking Benjamin. By the 3rd time through my opinion changed. This band STILL doesn't know how to write a bad song.
It’s wild how I can listen to literally every album from them all the way through and I can’t find one song that I think “this song sucks/is mediocre”. It’s crazy how amazing MIW’s entire discography is. Metallica, megadeth, pantera, breaking Benjamin, three days grace, and five finger death punch are the only other bands that I can say the same, imo
Brother your work is amazing. I love seeing people try everything including varying genres of music. With that being said I think you would LOVE some of Zach Bryan’s work. Crooked Teeth, Something In The Orange, She’s Alright, and Condemned are all amazing songs. God Bless!!

The beauty of metal music as opposed to mainstream genres is that it doesn't tell you exactly what to think. This song could've been interpreted two completely different ways. That being said however, I've noticed a lot of bands, especially in rock and metal, start coming out with music that goes against the media grain. Even if some of these groups spoke differently before, you gotta give credit where credit is due, and I know a lot are waking up to the lies and are just tired of all the panic that comes with the modern woke/media culture
Great reaction Devin, this is my favorite song from this album (besides Slaughterhouse) but when you get a moment, you should reaction Meltdown by Love and Death. Love and death (in case you’re wondering) Is the side project of lead guitarist of KoЯn Brian Head Welch. It’s a great song by a great band.

I really think you should listen to the title track Scoring the End of the World. It’s such a good song, and it features a lot of Rickys vocals. I just subscribed and maybe you've already heard the song before, but I would highly suggest Story by NF. It's as high a quality as his other work, but at the same time it's a whole new animal. I believe that it is one of the few songs that is not about his life. It appears to be it's own stand alone "Story". But, it is truly amazing.

I used to listen to this genre of music for a very long time. Probably from 12-31 years old. After I received the Holy Spirit I stopped listening to it. The only band in this style genre I can really stand anymore is the band For Today. Everything they released was biblical and scripture based. They’re fantastic, God fearing men and I don’t feel convicted listening to them. The lead singer Matty Montgomery is a pastor of his own church in Tennessee. Check out his ministry. Not only have I heard worse music that was both clean and not metal, but if you use the same lyrics (even minus the swearing) and plop it onto R&B or gospel music how's the message any different?
Sure the swearing isn't the most Christian thing, but wouldn't God want you voicing your frustrations to Him? We're all only human and get upset at things. Sometimes we can brush things off, sometimes we have to cry, and sometimes we can't cry without screaming out a little bit in anger or sadness. He would rather you cry out to him because He knows you need Him, and while dropping the F's aren't great, it's still raw emotion, and that's what makes us human, His creation.

Its talking about global warming ending the world, and calling out those who destroy our climate. Religion has nothing to do with this song, its grounded in reality. Satanism classifies as a religion. MIW is not a religious band.
Yeah I dunno about this….the message is hopelessness and death…although, as followers of the Most High, we know this is the inevitable end of this world…but I see no life message..no escape…no hope….just chaos…. I have recently returned to Christ after decades away from his Love.. I loved the world…. I loved all that is on offer, all types of music etc.. but now struggle to be entertained by the same things .. this song, for me, is separated from my new walk… far from the peace from Jesus I yearn for, that surpasses all understanding …my opinion only….new follower brother, love your show and your stance in Jesus!… bless

Well Devin I have a vast array of different types of music that I love I'm just not in the country I'm not into old big band and I'm 65 I bought a drum set not too long ago a Yamaha about five grand pretty badass but I'm not into that type of screaming music I'm more into like Pink Floyd led Zeppelin some Judas priest but I'm sorry I would not pick this somebody mentioned about it's not Christian music and it's more like satanic and I have to agree in a way it's not terrible it just doesn't give me that feeling when I get goosebumps when something plays and it's just so awesome but that's what the United States is it's freedoms United States Constitution of America is more important than anything because we don't want to live in a tyrant world 🌎 I have to thank you for what you do because you are showing the truth of how things are but I will say this you cannot live without God God created everything in the universe if he hadn't it would just be void and black so God bless you and your family thank you Lord for all things in Jesus name amen and God bless you Devin amen
