Yes, but I try to avoid sugar when it's really hot. When I was tearing down the Crown Vic, it was over 100°F (40°C). Unsweetened pineapple juice has nearly as much sugar as a soda. I drink unsweetened tea. A lot of people decry drinking tea because it's a diuretic, but if you're drinking more than you're peeing it's okay. Thanks for watching!
