the first motivational video I've seen where the person doesn't talk shit. It's true, the sucessful ones keep their head down, don't waste a second, don't care about negatives around them. The others watch these people their whole lives and do nothing about their own. Most importantly, you are your biggest competition, once you've done the work give it a shot. Better to die knowing you took that shot than not having done anything at all.

Its the sentiment of sleep less people. Sleep could mean procrastination, laziness, not giving a hundred and 50 percent, giving up. Hell, it could literally mean actual sleep, but, its also about giving more power to working hard and less to excuses! Good video!
True that my friend, but I think this is more about the fact that sometimes you'll have to give up on your sleep to just finish something and not procrestinate that thing for later. And catch up on your sleep the next day or day after.

It's is good to sleep we all need to recharge our battery to function, but some people can function on a few hours sleep with no problem which is great for them.
Great video!! Anything you want to do in life is possible just keep your head down and don't look up because that is when you will start to loose focus, we are all intelligent and have great ideas it's just about going for it and not being fearful.

Some of us "sleep" while fully awake. He's simply saying maximize your time and eliminate wasteful, or non-productive habits, activities and thought patterns.
The fact is you need proper amount of sleep to coordinate through anything, say your trying something extremely difficult and your going on 2 hours sleep, sleep deprivation is real and your mind wont function 100% if your denying yourself sleep, get proper sleep, live everyday like its your last and be smart about what you do...... god bless, whatever god you believe in, you must believe in something, it will help you when times are hard.
