Wonderful video as always Noemi. For the celery, if you break off a little at the top ( partially) and pull down the stalk slowly you can de-thread it that way. It will get rid of all those hairy bits 😂 Also, your dehydrated veg is very similar to The French flavor base called mirepoix, a combination of onion, carrot and celery generally cut to the same size. It's used in a ratio that's 2 parts onion to 1 part celery and carrot. Saute in Butter. Mirepoix is the start of many French dishes, such as coq au vin and lamb stew.

The studio looks fabulous with the siding. How fortunate you are to have a husband with multiple skills to do the work, and a son interested in learning as well. We were completely spoiled having my father do most of the carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and farming when I grew up and have much respect for those able to perform these tasks, which are becoming a lost art.

I have the same dehydrator and love it. You can make anything from beef jerky to drying catnip for your cats in it. Also great for taking bread that is near it's end and drying it out to turn into breadcrumbs

Oh, the siding looks so nice!! Here in Maine we have had about a week of sunny, but no humidity days!!! However, humidity back today, ugh! But, I must confess, I have already started using fall scented candles in my warmers!!! They aren't homemade like yours, but organic w/essential oils and I couldn't wait!! What a lovely party you did for your friend’s birthday, just loved the cake (can you decorate cake with any flowers or do you have to make sure they are edible? I enjoy your videos because your lifestyle is different from mine! I have a couple of questions. What are the temperatures you have And do you have air conditioning? Also, do you not have bugs like mosquitoes and gnats? Both questions because you always leave your doors and windows open.
