They said Mick struggled to remember chords, played the wrong songs and made constant mistakes and meanwhile they have a singer who barely manages to squeak out every fifth word of the actual lyrics.
I've been a Cruehead since 1984 and it pains me to say this but they really need to just stop. This is embarrassing and it just ruins what legacy they may have left.
@@MightyMight15 you're actually willing to pay good money to see this trainwreck? I literally wouldn't go if you bought my ticket. It's pure garbage.
@@MightyMight15I felt the same way and wanted to see them so badly live and give my own judgement in person but trust me when I say this you’ll be much much better off not seeing them live rn especially with Vince, it’s the worst concert I’ve ever been to
I'm a gen X and I will always love Crue, Bon Jovi and Guns and Roses, but if they can't do it anymore they need to stop. The prices of the tickets are outrageous and people pay it expecting to see a decent show. A motley ticket is around 250 just to see him fall and not sing very well. Getting old sucks, but denial sucks more.
I hadn’t priced the tickets…$250? For THIS? How about Oh, HELL NO…? FTR, I’m 61, which means I was 23-24 when “Shout At The Devil” dropped. There are bands my age that can still put on a decent show (here and there) but when the magic’s gone, it’s gone…
@@MegaAndyGGJudas Priest are in their mid 70s, no fucking excuse 😂 whats the explanation for Crue's (Vince mainly) Horrid performance at the US Festival 1983? Vince has always sucked😂
Its not about the fall. Sh*t happens. Its not even about being in shape. It appears that he's actually put in some work in that regard. "Vocally" he sounds tolerable. Its the absolute lack of effort from him to learn the goddamn songs. Is it really that hard to learn lyrics to songs that youve been singing for the better part of 40 years?
When I was little I had a cousin who played the cello and he was absolutely atrocious at it. We had no idea what he was actually trying to play but we all clapped and congratulated him when it was over. He was 8 years old after all. Even though it was painful to listen to, no one had the heart to tell him. I think we've humored Vince long enough.
The sad irony is everything coming off that stage is coming from a hard drive except the lead vocal, which is the one thing that SHOULD be coming from a hard drive!
Not only does Vince and Crue need to give it up. So do the fans who support this. I can’t believe you all pay a lot of money to see this crap. They don’t have it anymore and sound terrible but you all keep egging them on and supporting them 🤦♂️
Vince pockets around 1million per show lots of people go to work everyday and get humiliated and treated like crap for a few hundred bucks so you really cant blame the guy
Should have stayed retired. Saw them in 85' and this pales in comparison easily. But he sort of fell and rolled, which I found amusing since he's become rotund with the liquor belly.
I have been a Motley fan from day one, but this is absolutely embarrassing!! You would think, with all the criticism they take, it would get better, Vince would try to get in shape, but, evidently they don't give a damn!!
All they are doing is taking everybody's money!! Look at the body language and the effort they put into it, they couldn't give two craps less.... Zero energy, it's a joke, and all you fools who keep paying for this are just as laughable as they are.....pathetic
I think the last great Motley tour was Carnival of Sins but that was 20 years ago. Now there's no Mick so anyone seeing them isn't even getting the real Crue.
@@timothyworley5435 Nope. When people think Motley, they think of the people that wrote the classics. Nobody thinks of whom you mentioned as good as the Corabi album is
Time to say Enough! Just embarrassing to watch them destroy the legacy they made for themselves in the 80s and early 90s. As a long time Crue fan I can honestly say it pains me to watch the debacle they are currently putting on! Please guys, let it go....
dude...he has no ability to phrase those lyrics properly with Lee's backbeat. .....and it's soooo easy! what he is doing is actually harder to pull off.
Holy crap … hope he wasn’t hurt … but yeah it’s time … guys your all older … I agree with “NPK476” it’s like you’s don’t see your times done … I’m 55 now and I gave up baseball because after 48 years the body just can’t do it anymore … I agree with “ peterk.rosenthal1417” Vince you can’t sing the whole songs anymore everyone sees it … what’s so wrong with retirement ?? … I think this is all just because of Nikki … everyone who’s retired remembers the glory days at what they did and want those days still but realistic people know it’s over and that they can’t do it anymore … retire on a high career … don’t go out on a ridiculous one … I saw you guys five times in a row for your albums … I’d rather remember you guys as a BAND that was good with Mick I may add … ( you guys treated him wrong and still are ) than someone who’s trying to drag along a career for another 5 or 10 years … as for the new video ?? … watched it right away when it was released and thought some music was good but the concept was all over the place with too many stories going on … I’ll put on your albums now and then like all my other ones but it’s too remember … not live it today … retire guys … take care … ❤️🤙🇨🇦🤘
Thanks for sharing this. Was considering seeing Vince at a nearby fair but I just can't have my 80's fantasy world ripped apart 😢 I'll stick with the CD's and my memories.😊
First, I’m a big Crue fan but omg. Vince just cannot do this anymore. Mick Mars is not there either and it would be a shame if this is how they’re remembered. Wow.
I won’t see them again because of Mick, but also because of the piss poor show that they put on now, and then have the nerve to charge what they do for that kind of performance.
The worst part is IF Neil (Wharton) was as committed to being a true professional as Mick Jagger is he'd be able to string together more than 3 words w/out damn near passing out. This is just pathetic. I'd ask for my $$ back for sh#@ like this.
IMO This was actually pretty good! I give it 5 stars...for Dr. Mealgood's fall, not his singing. The other guys were solid...Tommy Lee still killin' it!
Everybody wants to insult. I've seen Vince Neal insulted don dokken , David coveredale all insulted. We should be glad these guys are still around and not dead like jim morrison jimmy hendrix and janice japlin.there up in there 60's now there not gonna perform like there 18 years old my advice if you can't deal with it get a life or don't watch. My friend is a professional musician. He stumbled and fallen on stage. Also, its dark itheres a lot of wires obstacles to avoid not as easy as it looks.
Falls at :47. Struggles to breathe , walk and sing at :48 and beyond. That mess is headlining LOUDER THAN LIFE ?!!! Tickets better be free with the purchase of a double quarter pounder.
Its looking more and more like Mick Mars was the healthiest member and most talented, You got Frankie Ferrana that doesnt play live,Vince squeal that can't sing if you had a fried chicken leg tied to his microphone,So hard for Tommy to hold things together cuz John 5 sounds like his solo stuff,Zombie,Mansion Etc
Good God man! They need to Just STOP! I thought they were getting Bad 20yrs ago when I saw the Carnival of Sins tour it was 4 Guys on stage that couldn't stand each other, but because they needed to make some $$$$$ to make their Mortgages & Child Support payments. Now it's more of a Comedy or Errors than a Rock band They can't play & have a Singer who's a Parody waiting to Happen. Anybody send this to Frank Caliendo? Don't get me wrong I love their early work it's an important part of late 20th Century R&R but Geezum! this is like watching a Trainwreck in Slow-Motion.
They should give up already. But they won't. I used to be such a huge fan. But now its about holding it together just long enough for a half ass show to rack in millions.
Realistically speaking, the only way this would've worked in fans favor is if Burgess Meredith were in the front row yelling, "Stay down Vince, stay down!" It went from bad to worse. If you don't believe the audience can discern mumbling from words they've sung since childhood, you're daft People paid for this. It likely wasn't cheap. Unless this is their Theater of Pain revisitation tour, I'd want a refund. I hope Motley Tribute bands work this type of stuff into their sets, a little levity goes a long way, lol!!!
He should’ve just stayed down after he fell. Would’ve been better for everyone’s ears. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging people $ to listen to this crap. Cats in heat sound better.
John Five's guitar playing is too accurate. But if he played as rough as Mick Mars, he would be criticized. he'll probably be criticized either way, so this way is fine.
Vince is just awful. I don’t understand how he can get up there with any seriousness and literally sh*t himself all over the stage. He doesn’t remember the lyrics, his voice is horrific, and his timing is laughable. Zero professionalism or self respect.
Be nice!!!! Just because you don't like them and have nothing better to do than to make fun of them millions of other people still do so if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all! Love you Motley 💓
I don't know why anyone is surprised by this train wreck. They promoted themselves as the most decadent band in the world and the decades of self abuse definitely shows all these years later. Like KISS, they really should have retired on a high note instead of letting time catch up with them. This is painful to watch if you saw them in their glory days in the 80s.
