Thank you sooo much, I’ve been trying for two months to get into this phone until I came across your video tonight and now I finally got it! I can’t thank you enough!! 💛
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I just now hung up with customer service after being on the phone with them for over an hour. All they were trying to do was walk me through a factory reset. When the reset never happened I finally just got off the phone and came to yt to look for a video. They were telling me to press the volume up & power button at the same time - which of course didn’t work…over….& over….& over…. you get the picture. But it was so easy to do watching your video & we got it done the first try!! Thank you again!! Now we got us a working phone!!😁
Thanks a million, I locked my phone write just an hour unboxing it, and I have been trying for hours to remember the pattern to no avail. I was so frustrated until I chanced up on ur video. Good job mahn
Thank you so much for your help I tried to watch other videos but either they explain it to fast or it just didn’t work. Your explanation was perfect & my cellphone was done in less than 5 mins. Thank you again.
Hell yea, 100% works.. I would get to the "no command" screen so I just figured my phone was being gay!! Then I watched this video and found out I didn't do the last step of, power button + volume up button.. good shit to homie that made this video!!!
i did this and when i went to set it back up, it said this phone was factory reset what was the last pin i used. well i dont know the pin or i wouldnt of had to rest it. so now im just stuck
No it definitely does bypass the pin or pw. I received a g pure from assurance as a lifeline phone and when I took the SIM out and restarted it there was now a PIN lock to get into the phone that a TMobile programmed in the phone. When I followed the steps in this video, it did indeed unlock and open up access to the phone
What’s the point if it asks for a pin and/or recovery gmail acc. That is not “brand new like out of the box” hard factory setting. That’s only rebutting to your previous settings. Two thumbs down 😢
I have a Motorola phone my father used before he passed away 18 months ago. I could not find his 4 digit pin code anymore so I went through the factory reset process. I did all this and then it asked for his Google e-mail and password even though hard reset. I had a file of passwords he gave me so I did have this info. It THEN went on to try to send a confirmation via text or phone call to his phone. This is impossible since his service was obviously de-activated upon death. This is insane how difficult it is just to get the phone to be usable for another user. Doesn't seem like it should be so hard. Google doesn't even have an option to send an e-mail confirmation code via e-mail to one of his old e-mail accounts. I don't know what else to do at this point.
Someone please help. I inherited a moto stylus unexpectedly, and she wasn't able to give me the pin and I don't know what her e-mail address is. Any suggestions please? Thank you!
Resetee mi móvil Motorola moto g pure y cuando se reinicia y llegues a conectarse a una red no me da la opción de omitir y no puedo continuar. Puedes ayudar soy de cuba
didnt work for me. just got a new phone that is asking to verify my pin, went through the steps (excellently delivered and easy to follow) but it came back to asking to verify my pin
Exactly I’m in same boat. So tired of the clickbait bs! And all the fake comments. I am still trying to find a way to do this, but haven’t had luck yet. What about you @rafel and @carl?
@@jaylpa I got it eventually after a good hour or 2 but quickly purchased an iPhone XS 2 weeks after so now I have it just sitting in the box factory unlocked for any carrier as well 🤷🏻♂️
Oml thank you sososo much. I just got this phone and i tried to be slick and set a password my boyfriend didn't know and out slicked my damn self. "SMH"
