Good job man one of the best reviews out there. I have watched and red many reviews about this phone and how crappy the camera is but after your review im convinced its not that crappy in normal use and it suits my needs !!!!! thanks again
Hoping to upgrade to this phone this week. I'm currently still on the iPhone 3GS which is slowly deteriorating, so a new phone will be very refreshing! Lovely video, very informative and honest. Have a good day :)
It does have a shortcut button. What you've said in minute 1:15 is wrong. Despite the gestures, and in the locked screen, you can also double-click the power button and it turns the camera on. No matter if the screen is blocked or not. And you can take a picture with the volume +
Excellent and really informative video, kudos on that bro. I've just ordered one of these phones so looking forward to it. FYI, you live in a nice place, great scenery shots. Man the UK is so depressing compared to that. Peace 👍
Nick Ackerman What trouble me though is the lack of a magnetometer. Will that make Google Maps or other GPS-based apps slow to load? Have u tried dunking it in sink and no internals got wet? (My 3rd-gen Moto G is water resistant and her water has entered the seems around the camera bit even if the cover is properly fitted.
Great video! I'm quite impressed with the camera of this Moto G4. Just wanna ask if this is still worth buying at this time because my iPhone 5C broke and I'm quite short on cash as of now, or should I save up some more for a phone with better specs? If that's the case, what do you recommend? Anw, I'm not really into heavy games like Mobile Legends and the like just regular social media stuff, with good performance, and a good camera would suffice. Hoping for a response. Thank you!
+Joseph Reyes Thank you sharing your feedback and Question Joseph, well with the recently release of the Moto G5 plus and price drop that is the better deal. The iPhone SE is also an even better deal if you get it from Best Buy/ walmart they have it on multiple prepaid carriers under $200
Nick Ackerman Thank you for your response. I've looked it up but most of the reviews and comparison articles that I saw says that the G4 is still slightly better overall. The G5 is just slightly better in RAM, and has a fingerprint sensor. Can you confirm this? If that's the case maybe I'll just consider the G4 or the iPhone SE.
hi nick your reviews are awesome. I'm sort of stuck between vivo 5, honor 5x and moto g4. What phone should I get, I like taking pics and playing not too heavy games. thanks in advance!
Thank you, much appreciation. Get the one your leaning towards most. Based on my experience, the Moto G4 Plus would be the best of the options if it was my money :P
+Nick Ackerman okay, but I'm kind of worried because a lot people are complaining abt the phone overheating, are u experiencing the same it w ur g4plus?
+Nick Ackerman in that other dude's review, the g4 camera was lagging after 3 to 5 min of gud recording and 25 pictures. so overheating g4 plus and laggong camera. any thoughts? really appreciate it 😊
Looks to me like a pretty darn good device. In Portugal, where I live, this phone is 269 euros. Galaxy A5 2016 is about 350 to 400. Huawei P9 Lite os 329 euros. I can get this one on Amazon.ES from 209 euros. Pretty unbeatable :P
Hey Nick I have a MASSIVE favour to ask you but it will help soon much :) so I think yesterday I asked you if pokemon go ran well on the Moto G4 I asked because I was going to buy a buget phone this weekend so please can you review Pokemon GO on the Moto g4? thanks
+Fernando Alarcon Ye... but I saw this other guys video and he reviewed pokemon go on the g4 but the game was poor. The characters just ran randomly. but I don't know if that was a legit review
Yea, depending on the outside temperature the phone overheats faster. I used the camera for a little over 10 mins today, with the majority of it recording video, and it started to overheat and throttle, which effected the performance in the camera app.
just bought it two weeks ago, I don't understand the whole "heating" fuss around the g4, because it barely gets warm.. it may heat slightly when heavy gaming but it's completely normal
will _i_amm1 owner here, while the camera doesnt have opticalstabilization or digital stabilization "on the go" if you edit a videothere is a "stabilize button" which works great!
