It's something different than the usual normal and that's why I like to watch and share your videos. Great Thursday to you two! Great story and nice bike!
I am good with the bike thing especially old bikes so bring it on ! One of the old Clint Eastwood Dirty Harry movies Magnum Force has some Motoguzzi's used in the movie . If your into old motorcycles check out Wheels Through time on RU-vid here that has a huge museum full of all kinds of old motorcycles mostly American made but they all run & get driven at times . They just got a what they call a baby car that's powered by a old flat head Harley engine that was custom made for one of Walter P. Chryslers kids many years ago that they just got up & running & driving again after many years .
Mopars and Guzzi's !! Perfect combination ! I have owned my 95 Cali 1100 since 98 ! I keep telling my hardley mates, they have a yankee built Guzzi ! Typical yanks, got he motor in sideways and forgot the shaft !!!!! LOL
man if I was not wrong minus the trailer, 1976 met an old metal worker he was like the lead sled master around where I lived watched him work his magic on some wheel flares for 55 chevy and a 51 merc he lived on that bike, swore it was the best bike he had ever owned and he had an old Harley and ducati
That's awesome bike 👍🏻🤙🏼 I love oldschool bike's like Triumph, Norton, Indians, especially from WW2, but I have a injury, so want to build a bike but only a 250 , so I can ride it 😂
Hi Jed it's a nice bike I don't know anything about the Italian bikes always been a Indian man myself but to each their own you like what you like and enjoy. 😎👍
Not trying to be a smart ass just thought it was funny you talking about Italian bikes and Indian. Plus you may already know they actually sold Italian dirt/street bikes with Indian name on them at one point. A buddy of mine had a 125cc one it seemed to be a good bile.
@@bw3506 Enfield had owned the name rights to Indian motorcycle back in the 60s after the real Indian motorcycle company went out of business in the mid 50s & those Enfield bike were badged as a Enfield Indian for a few years . Always wanted one but anything with the name Indian on it cost a fortune especially the real Indian stuff . To me Polaris is just riding on the coat tails of the Indian name & brand and they are a nice bike but they had issues with chrome coming off & fenders that would start rusting plus the legacy of Indian just isn't there being they really aren't made by the original company once again unlike HD who still build & designs their big bikes but they did back in the 60s into I think 1978 make the small Enduro bikes made by Aramachi which were made in Italy but badged as a HD . They also had a full on motocross racing dirt bike in 78 that actually looked to be competitive & I think it did ok for a bit until the Honda CR Elsinore came out then Yamaha came out with the YZ with that monoshock suspension that killed everyone for a few years with it by guys Like Bob Hannah and a few others riding those bikes . I see some of the HD Aramachi bikes for sale on craigslist once in a while but even in pretty bad shape they are getting good money for them more than I would spend on something that is cool but not nearly as fast or good handling than the real enduro's & motocross bikes of that era like Honda Yamaha Husqvarna KTM & a few others so I would rather spend the money on something that can scare me & possibly put me in the hospital if not respected lol . The full on vintage motocross bikes are going for big money just because there aren't many left anymore being they got beat up bad while racing with many after they became outdated to run in certain classes most got sold as trail riders & blown up because most who bought them didn't know that to make them live they need to have new rings changed so often & new bore & Pistons compared to a none race bike so many got destroyed & scrapped because of this .
The kind of manliness that requires a true cigar chomping, whiskey swiggin, chest fur wearin, tattoo clad kind of man! I am basically none of those lmao
