I have noticed that both Oetiker clamps towards the cylinder (CM258302) are not particularly tight. After a ride (bike had cooled down for about 20-30 minutes) I was able to twist the throttle body hose (V85 TT, E5: 1A019905) onto the intake manifolds.
In addition, the Norma hose clamp (AP8102401) on the throttle body tends to come loose.
After investigating I found these clamps to fit best:
Intake manifolds: Piaggio GU93305057 (Romablok 57x59,5x10)
Throttle body: KTM 61036048000 (GEMI 66/1 05)

Hi, thanks for the great videos. I’m thinking of doing the same on my V85tt, can you please advise how many of each clamps I need, and the size of the replacement bolt. Many thanks.

2x Piaggio GU93305057 (Romablok 57x59,5x10) + 1x Throttle body: KTM 61036048000 (GEMI 66/1 05). The M4 screw for the KTM clamp is maybe 5-10 mm longer than the one which comes with the clamp.

@@janguzzi Thanks for the quick response, that’s perfect, and your English is perfect as well. I’m from the UK, but don’t know any German, well maybe auf wiedersehen.. Thanks again.
