You made it to Lepanto Gate #2 - sorry to hear that the guard did not allow you to get inside the company. If you were accompanied by a resident in the area, for sure you will be permitted. At any rate, you did a good job navigating the rough roads and you survive the challenge after all, that's what you expect when you're adventuring. Whatever your next move is, I wish you luck and I will be watching you at my end

Lepanto mining company is a private firm and therefore you need to have a prior appointment or at least know somebody who works or is a resident of that town before being allowed to enter. At the first instance, you should have been told that you needed a valid reason to enter instead of referring you back to gate 2 which resulted for you getting lost along the way. Anyway, that was quite an adventure for you but proper planning may have made your trip a lot more enjoyable and less stressful. I was born in that little town many years ago so I still have fond childhood memories of that place. Just got myself a scrambler bike and I plan of riding my bike going there for a brief visit on my way to Cervantes Ilocos Sur where my mother is from.

I believe that you know the terrain very well. you can profit from your vacation very well in your home town and surroundings. scrambler bike, is it a Royal Enfield Bike?
