And "truth be told" CC also gambled with the hard tyre option still polishes the podium and stays competitive thru out. If tyre choice really did mattered that much Lorenzo would've probably swift past thru him.
X Y E D Lorenzo actually said that he had no idea how Rossi was lapping so fast with the extra hard tyre from the start. Near the end Rossi actually set the lap record. So he was not only catching a slowing Marquez but Rossi was speeding up when he realised he was catching him
Heisenberg possibly but that means Lorenzo should have lapped faster at the start but Rossi was faster throughout the whole race. Which was weird cause Rossi was very slow in practice and qualifying
Just admit Rossi is the Legend when it comes down to motorcycle racing, just the tyre choice can't make someone win the race by this many overtakes, it's just stupid, physics don't work that way. It's clearly his skills. Now a days other rides maybe faster than him bcuz of the modern tech but still he's doing so good in tyre vs tyre close battles. Keeping the bike extremely smooth and 99% of the time he's on line. Poor guy, his body has given up on him, watching him race in this stage makes me tear. Seeing him smile makes my day, seeing him drenched in sorrow haunts me till the next race, depression is not good for his mental health (the only thing he's left with) and I don't want him to win, he don't got anything else left to prove and I'm sure every other true Rossi fan agrees with me on this. A 41 years old racing in premier class of motorcycle racing, still staying competitive is something only a LITERAL legend can do. Rossi has insane love and passion for the sport and you can't question insanity. He has done tons of services for this sport and that's why his fan following is so massive, he gets the respect he deserves & that no other rider can ever match up to him. I admire Marc, he's really talented but.... sometimes he's just trying too much which always costs him. Another recent high side from the reigning world champion in SpanishGP 2020, pushing the throttle too hard on turn 4, he lacks patience and ended up getting his arm bone fractured. I pray he gets well soon. And ppl ffs stop comparing both of them. They both excel in what they're good at doing. We certainly would've seen an untouchable Rossi if he was in his prime, Merrick Vin's performance is a validation to that fact.
What a race that was, at the beginning I really thought Márquez was going to win. I feel sorry for Marc Márquez but Rossi deserves the win! I hope Rossi can win his 10th world title this year!!

Before the knock out touch.. I always wondering what was in marquez mind when he touch Rossi for the first time?? He clearly not have any space to overtake.. But still he push it then touch rossi... Did he try to push rossi wide? So he can through? But then, he get too close and got knocked out.. Karma isn't it?
THat's just what makes Marquez who he is... if he sees a minimum chance he goes for it, but it does not always work and he may be too agressive with others... it is his style.... without Marquez Motogp would be very boring, like F1. His spectacular style has brought him 7 titles and counting.
What a fantastic race. not because VALE won but because it was such a GREAT VICTORY. He worked very hard for this one and Marquez should have been gone. SOMETHING IS DIFFERENT THIS YEAR......WITH ALL THE TEAMS!!!! DUCS are hella fast in WSBK and MTGP. HONDA'S lost its MOJO and a TEAM MATE. YAMAHA has VALE and JORGE switching places on the podium from previous years. Now if we can just get NICKY in the mix it would be awesome!
lalrintluanga vanchhawng it looked as though Rossi was expecting it. Since he didn’t react in a way that would give MM the place. Marquez has done this repeatedly and got annoyed because Rossi was the one where his dirty tactics didn’t work against. Rossi is so good at battling other riders say it’s like he has eyes on the back of his head. MM just bit more than he could chew with Rossi. Which is a shame cause I feel MM should be the next Rossi but MM has to ruin his reputation by riding dirty

I really love motogp this stage, with the tyre from bridgestone and electric from manufacturing and rossi this stage very stong :D, hope rossi can back again why not.
After this race and Assen, Marquez became the child and make lost the championship 2015 at Rossi for Lorenzo ! Remember the fake champ 2015 and never Forget the shame game of 93 and 99 ! Today its finish Vinales and Rossi destroyd Marquez !
