Programming this robot must be tough! Lots of interferences to deal with and cycle recovery would be hard. Great demo however. Really shows so fascinating capabilities.
is a great video because you can observe how it plays a mechanical arm, product of mechanical engineering inside the industry. simply the application of this robot accelerates a very efficient way the production of this assembly of chairs saving money, time and effort into the process that has to the assembly.
@SeanyPMac I dont know if programming this is hard work, or pure f*cking headache. 15 degrees of freedom??????? Although high level of dextry but can you imagine the hundreds of command lines? But I do agree it is amazing...
I'm sorry but this robot is way to slow if this is intended to replace a person. I knew of some Mexicans, each single-handedly that could whip that chair together in 1/3 the time it took this headless machine to work. However it's potential entertainment.
