I’ve been watching through y’all’s turbo series and I really appreciate the amount of detail you show, there’s not a lot of thorough ka24e build videos out there and this helps a hell of a lot

Tell ronnie to wash his hat lol, jkjk even though spent the money on rods, pistons and ARP hardware, I'm surprised he didn't go with an aftermarket camshaft, maybe for drivability or tuning? can wait to see more on this engine build 🤘🤘

Just a heads up using ka24de 9:1 pistons drop you compression ratio to 7:1 on a sohc. The combustion chamber on the head is bigger in a sohc.

could you guys list what parts you used and do a cost analysis for others trying to build their K24? learning quite abit about the K24 watching you guys work but I dont know where to start to make reliable power without rocking the stock engine

Thats a beautiful KA24E. I have a 96 2 4l hardbody. Love it, very realiable. I need a timing chain kit bad though. Got that rattle at startup.

I have a question and you could possibly help me on this... I have a 97 nissan pickup and I've redone timing and everything is right as right can get but for some reason I can't get it timed right to save my life I've restuck oil pump and distributor and I just can't get it. Please help

Curious I am about to start a very similar build just no where close to 500hr more like 300-350 for me but will be build to handle a lot more!! Just really curious Local losers, what is your reason your using the block from a 240sx vs a truck block?

I had to cut my head gasket also, the worst part was cutting a 100 dollar head gasket!
