In my experience Honeywell's logic can be internally programmed just right in HMI, in accordance with operator's access level.

Hi Debasis, Now a days magnetic speed pickups are used for the overspeed protection. You can have a look on "Woodwards Protech TPS" system dedicated for overspeed protection having scan rate of 12ms with sil-3 certification. If BN 3500 3300XL 8 mm probes are used its gap voltage must be -10 VDC.
