Excellent illustration on tuning. One of the most informative on youtube well done. One question where would the optimal gearing be ? How could one use the above data from the graph to choose optimal gearing ? Where the rpm and kv converge?
@MrNascarfan1 I do not race 25.5. That said my motor brand preferences are Reedy, R1 wurks, and Trinity. I am currently running Reedy in my 13.5 wheeler and 17.5 2wd buggy.
I have been using this method for a very long time with no problems. Why do you think 5 amps is max? Tuning to 5 amps is a method but not ideal for all motors.
