As a motorcycle rider it’s just respecting the laws no matter where you live. If they get hit or killed then are we going to sit and say “oh everything is illegal in California. There is a reason they are illegal they are too small and not enough power and can cause a road hazard..they should just buy motorcycles or buy bicycles so they can travel. My cousin died on one of these things because he wasn’t seen so to blame California is beyond me. You can argue with me or disagree but I’m not bending for nobody because we lost a whole life over some of the comments that will become over this.
Then get a bicycle or take the bus. You can't have it both ways. If you operate a motor vehicle on public roads, license, tags, and whatever else for the motor vehicle.
@@oskargonzalez9431 Don’t need to watch anything again, I can see clearly. Nobody ran the motorcycle off the road, he didn’t go down, he didn’t hit the sidewalk. It would not happen to me because I have enough experience not to put myself in that position from the get go. I am willing to bet this was done to prevent the riders from running, and that’s a result of riders running away in the past.

He was chill idk what everyone trippin bout. Been stopped multiple times by police on my mini always cool w them and i rode away everytime. Minis arnt the problem its the cocky riders blowing stop sign and riding the wrong way etc.
In Kansas City we just don’t stop. They have a no chase law where if a car or a motorcycle takes off they legally can’t chase us, that doesn’t mean they don’t break the law and do it. But only if we are doing extremely stupid crazy stuff
If I was at my job and just doing nothing I would b fired and that's what we need to do with the cops that do nothing at there jobs but waste tax payers money
We have a real need to pay the boys and girls in blue like uber/postmate workers. Pay only when service is provided Make them pay for: Suv,fuel, medical, training,equipment Pension, fica so on
Honestly they gotta go after the e bikes that everyone in the major cities ride, cut through traffic those little mopeds don’t even got plates that’s a bigger issue than some guys on mini bikes it’s rare to see that to begin with
All comes down to insurance and costs involved with medical bills and property relating to an accident. The insurance carrier industry has more than likely complained to state government about these situations and put pressure on the politicians who then turned around and made laws against riding these. Almost guaranteed it always comes down to money.
They have monkey bikes that are as low as that mini bike so that's not true love to figure out how to put a horn turn signals lights and everything to make them legal
What city were you in? I'm 60 yrs old and my fresh built taco 22 begs me to take a ride every day. Think I will take it out Sunday. Cops just jealous he cant ride it.
I have a fully built 196cc Coleman ex that'll get to 65 quick. The cops in my little Town don't even attempt to chase me anymore 😂 they just flash their lights an keep it moving. Granted I stick to the alleys an back roads but multiple times they've attempted to stop me and I know they chuckle at how fast I get away from them. I hit a couple turns, head for the railroad tracks an see yaaaa!
Reduce bloated salaries of police and politicians Take away pensions Take away medical Make them buy police vehicles No more paid time off. No more overtime pay. Just like gig jobs all over America You can have 5x the amount of cops
Cops love to waist time. Half the time they stop some one it's a victimless crime... Just another way to scam us out of money. I guess they got to get paid some way.
They should buy real motorcycles the law is the law I didn’t spend money going to motorcycle school and paying the dmv cost and insurance to ride my bike just for these bikes to just be on the road cost free…they can buy e bikes if they too lazy to ride a bicycle 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️ or they can move to a state that’s legal for those bikes for those that want to defend them.

Don’t get it twisted I know what they are and what they do. I had a family member that dies on one riding this same exact way so miss me with anything you say to defend them. Let it be someone you know or a family member that dies on one to then come talk to me
I don’t have to worry about ever building a mini bike because I have a legal motorcycle that I have to pay insurance and registration for and be responsible on so I have no concern about building a mini bike I’m sorry…I’m not saying they not cool but if they illegal then they are I dont know what to say 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
As a motorcyclist, I understand the joy of being on two wheels. I also have the perspective to see that there are so many cagers who are on their cell phones or who just plain don't pay attention. I ride a 1500cc/800 lb. bike and they pull out in front of me! "Oh I didn't see you." Come on, how do you not see me?!? I've got three headlights!!!!! The cop's point is that these bikes look fun, and they probably are, but a lot of cagers unfortunately won't even notice these riders until they are speed bumps. Someone else commented that they use theirs mostly in alley ways and side streets, not on major boulevards. To steal a phrase from another part of our society: "Enjoy Responsibly".
Cops need to mind their own fucken business if people just riding normally then cops need stay out of peoples fucken way and business people need to protest against cops how about writing their own mini bikes more people that protest state and government is going to have to let people ride their stuff because people are disagreeing with the cops decisions I think people that make these videos are showing cops pulling them over should just protest against them because everybody can't afford a car how to find a way to get around town to my opinion protest against the state about this stuff how about cops against mini bikes
