Is it really correct to keep moving our feet? Or should we just leave them where we can access the controls? A Pennsylvania MSF instructor (this was back in 2013) told me it was okay to leave the brake and shifter against the inside of my shoe with the center of my foot on the pegs. So far, I have found this to be the most comfortable and functional foot position.
