Mate your a legend did the exact same thing on my zzr400 96 put the battery on the wrong way pissed when coudlnt get the ignition on and had no clue where the fuse was. Thankyou mate you have no idea how much I appreciate that!

Sounds like the battery wasn't connected properly or on it's way out. But well done finding the starter solenoid 👏👏

Got it resolved. I used the spare fuse for the red battery connector and heard a positive connection. The power was restored BUT now the bike is idling high and I’m trying to find the screw to adjust the idle. I think my bro messed with the throttle cable the other day. I’ll be checking that. Hey, I learned some electrical skills with that battery issue i caused lol.

thank you so much i feel like such a dumbass i just went out and bought a new battery right away when my problem all along was just that i blew my main fuse on the bright side i have a new battery now... lol

I have a gilera runnerfrom 2004 and i switched the headlights that were Not working, but still not getting it to work. I cant seem to find no fuse box , only the fuse next to the battery,where should i look for it?

These bikes like a full tank. My ZZR600 if fuel gets low it will suck air and splutter. Never use reserve. just keep them well above 1/4 full always . Leave tank tap to ON position always.

New battery sorted my problem out and I cleaned up the electrical switches 👌🏻

Na mate I just took the switch apart then cleaned the connections and put it back together

Hi ,I need your advice. Zzr 600/400 junction box colour codes.only need a photo of the junction box where the green@black wire from IC ignitor connects to.🙏
