Fantastic build!!!! 👍👍👍 Haven’t watched the other video yet but, DAMN!!!! Whatever you have done has made those high end rpm’s scream!!! I loved the special effects too. So fitting and hilarious. Subscribed
Thank you very much brother and thank you for watching check out the video I just put out this Sunday or today and you could tell the RPM's way up there I think that's a good fix for the Magneto you have a great day and you ride safe
Yes on the video I just posted you can tell that it had plenty of power at high RPM's I think it's doing very well easy fix and cheat too so give it a shot thank you very much for watching and you ride safe
I don't like posting speed to much I can tell you the bike has hit 49 MPH with ease the video I just posted Sunday morning rip it was close if not more to that thanks for watching and ride safe.
Yeah go check out the Sunday morning rip those RPM's were way up there that thing's working good and doesn't cost a bunch either but with messing with the epoxy wear gloves that was stupid put my bare fingers on there thank you so much brother thank you for watching
Yeah and always the first video was better than the 2nd I was like no way and i usually clean these things off big greasy fingerprint right in the middle thanks for watching brother and ride safe.
Where did you get your info on how many times to whined it around the stat or forks. And how did you choose the volts 6 or 12? This is something I wanted to do for a longgggg time but never find and solid information on how you choose those things. I think it be easy enough to whined the wire around but I didn’t want to do to many and frie my cdi. Very cool you finished this and got it to work. I never went past the lookin up info stage.
He said, he weighed the amount of old wire, that he removed. I think it was like 53 grams??? Then used 53g of new coated wire. Instead of counting the number of wraps. If I remember correctly, he used a slightly larger gauge of wire. Which still worked fine. He posted a link to the wire he used. On ebay I seen a bicycle generator/phone charger, that mounts to the chainstay & runs off the bicycle chain. Instead of the bottle type that spin on the tire sidewall. Which gave me an idea 💡 for a combination of motorized bicycle chain tensioner/generator. So it's killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I've been using a 6V $15 bottle generator light kit for a couple years now. That's surprising held up for quite a few miles at 30-40mph speeds. I screwed up & wish I had bought the 12V instead of 6V . Because they sell a phone charger kit it makes enough power for. Plus you can remove the crappy stock incandescent 💡 bulb & use a 12V led E10 bulb. That's pretty bright 🔆 Probably still not bright enough to be used like a motorcycle headlight though. I recently tried a $2 6V e10 led but it burned up in 2 days once I hit around 39mph. The incandescent is only bright enough that drivers can see an oncoming light.
Hey johnnie how you doing I cut the wire off and weighed the bear wire only 50 grams it was 38 gauge I looked on amazon and a lot of roils of magnet wire came in 50 gram rolls great so wire size doesn't matter that much in a changing magnetic field voltage and amperage will change very little and the whole thing is in high temp JB weld I used 34 gauge it has run flawless ever since.... the video today Sunday morning rip you can hear the RPMs and smooth
@@KevinTodd If my ignition coil ever breaks (box with spark plug wire) I was gonna take it apart & see what's inside & if it could be repaired for free by soldering in free parts from a discarded circuit board.
@@KevinTodd ok that makes sense. I just always thought (cause I just don’t know how it works) that the voltage and/power was a direct reflection from the amount of taps or times the wire is talked around the static forks. These motors come with 6v but there is 12v also offered . I have used both but didn’t know for sure if they were or not. Only one time did I get a real OZ 12v coil and that thing 100% was different feeling while riding. It was smoother and ran faster and stronger, a very noticeable difference from any other one I tried before. So there must be a benefit from using a 12v over stock. That’s why I’m asking how you decided to make a 12 or 6v, I want to duplicate the real12v one I tried years ago.
I hear you babe yeah it's when you post these things for premiere or what have you I don't think sometimes about my brothers to the West and the east but thank you very much for watching and you have a blessed Sunday
Sounds healthy Did you hit 88mph at 7:39 ? Just need to wind a flux capacitor now. lol Thanks for the ride, audio was flawless. Glad to see you got that sorted!
Yeah gopro has to have 10 different mic settings but I found the right one and with a good dead cat on it you loose most of the wind noise also thanks for watching brother you ride safe.
Thanks for watching brother it works very well no sputtering spinning no cutting out or nothing it seems like it's doing his job I'm going to keep testing though thanks for watching brother.
Thank you very much for watching and I think we got the Magneto stuff licked it runs very well if you look at the video I posted today you could tell the RPM's were up there have a great day and you ride safe
