For what I paid the phone is a good buy, even though I do have my gripes as to why it can be found for a really decent price. My main concern are the os updates. Hoping they do come and last throughout 2024'. Good video 👍😸
Hello there! After three years with the Nokia 6.2, its time was up. All two System OS Updates were completed ( 9-11 ), the last security patch was six months ago ( October 2022 ), and it was the LAST of the Nokias that had excellent features, like PureDisplay / PixelWorks, HDR10 support and video recording with 4K capabilities. Not even their current phones, the G60 and the X30, have these features, and THAT'S with three System OS Updates and three years of security patches included. I said Hyvasti to Nokia, and Hello Moto.... Motorola that is with this phone, the Edge 2022. Your review was the driving force for me to get this phone. I got it from eBay, refurbished, in excellent condition, and paid $280, the same price I got the Nokia 6.2 from Amazon three years ago. Nearly three weeks since I got it, I'm enjoying this. A 6.6 OLED screen, great Dolby Atmos sound, HDR10 AND HDR10+ support, a 144 MHz refresh ratio, and 4K video recording, can't believe Nokia is turning their backs on what they've accomplished back then with these phones now 😐, but at the same time, Motorola's is making great strides with these phones, I WAS going to get the G82, but this phone was my overall pick, glad I made the right choice. I will try to get a better phone case and a better tempered glass screen protector for my phone, since rain can ruin the phone, even a rainstorm will wreck it. Other than that blip, this is the phone for me, and since this phone will get Androids 13-15, 14 at best, and security patches until 2026 at the very latest, I couldn't ask for anything more ( I'm 53, not tech savvy, but I do know a thing or two about phones...ish 😁 ). Thanks for this Review, and you got my 👍!
Buy insurance. Screen went out and they claimed liquid damage. No liquid was even close to my phone so in 13 days old I now have a $500 paper weight. Motorola will rip you off.
